Context
Sonora Residences is a conceptual luxury apartment community located in Scottsdale, Arizona. The masterplan is organized around landscaped courtyards, resort-style amenities, walking paths, and reflective water features, creating a seamless connection between architecture and the surrounding Sonoran Desert.
The minimalist buildings combine natural limestone, dark metal framing, and warm timber soffits to create a contemporary desert aesthetic. Generous floor-to-ceiling glazing and spacious private balconies extend each residence toward panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and native landscape.
The project demonstrates how architectural design, materiality, and cinematic visualization can communicate the lifestyle and identity of a contemporary luxury residential community while remaining deeply connected to its natural surroundings.
