Context
ELISE by Chippendale Group, located just 40 meters from the beach in Palm Beach on Australia's Gold Coast. Positioned on the prestigious eastern side of the Gold Coast Highway, the development combines contemporary architecture with one of the country's most sought-after coastal locations.

Bawua Studio produced the architectural visualizations for the project, while I was responsible for creating the promotional video. Working from a curated selection of final still images, I developed the storyboard and visual narrative, planned the shot sequence, selected the soundtrack, and created additional AI-generated cinematic transition shots to seamlessly connect the key scenes. The final result is a polished marketing film designed to communicate both the architecture and the lifestyle of ELISE.
