The construction of the new building for the Arbitration Court was driven by the need to provide a modern, efficient, and comfortable working environment for judicial staff while accommodating a high volume of visitors.
The building is located on the western bank of the Neva River and comprises 6 above-ground floors for judicial offices, 50 courtrooms,
and 3 underground levels housing parking facilities, a data processing center, and an archive. Architecturally, the building adopts a restrained classical style that allows it to integrate seamlessly into the historic urban fabric of Saint Petersburg.
Key architectural features include a rounded facade, an inner courtyard, a walking terrace on the third floor level, and a sculpture of Themis positioned above the main entrance. The internal layout was carefully designed to ensure that judges, staff, and visitors circulate through the building without intersecting outside designated areas, supporting both security and operational efficiency.

As part of the PROstyle architectural team, I worked on the development and correction of working documentation, including Architectural Solutions, Architectural Interiors, and Technological Design. My responsibilities included adapting design solutions to construction realities, coordinating functional layouts, interior finishes, and technological processes, and ensuring consistency between architectural intent, engineering systems, and operational requirements.

This project represents a large-scale example of institutional architecture where architectural clarity, functional separation, and regulatory precision were critical to successful realization.
