Furniture Design & Visualization

A comprehensive body of work featuring over 80 high-end furniture projects developed for Arline. This portfolio marks a transition from traditional 3D visualization to Product Leadership, where I integrated AI-driven workflows and modular design systems to redefine the factory's digital and physical offerings.

Context
During my work at Arline, I was responsible for the digital DNA of the factory’s product line. Starting within the Kitchen Department, my role rapidly expanded as other divisions — Wardrobes, Living Units, and Soft Furniture — integrated my aesthetic approach into their development cycles.

The Challenge
The objective was to scale production without sacrificing the "boutique" quality of our renders. I had to solve the bottleneck of manual drafting for modular furniture and ensure absolute material consistency across a massive catalog of 40+ veneer variations and complex soft furniture textures.

The Solution & Impact
  • Workflow Innovation: I integrated AI-driven pipelines, accelerating visual content production by 12x.
  • Material Integrity: For the 2025 Veneer Collection, I developed an AI-powered texture-mapping system.
  • Immersive Storytelling: I shifted the brand’s positioning from static product shots to "Lifestyle Storytelling." By introducing interactive 3D panoramas and cinematic lighting systems, I allowed clients to experience spatial dimensions in real-time, directly increasing lead generation and consumer conversion.
