Context
Located in the heart of Wellington, the apartment features a distinctive semi-circular layout and panoramic harbour views. The project was developed as a luxury real estate presentation tailored to the visual standards of New Zealand's premium property market.
The Solution & Impact
The design embraces a calm, refined palette inspired by New Zealand's coastal landscape. Soft bouclé upholstery, natural stone, brushed brass accents, warm timber flooring, and layered textiles create a tactile environment that feels both luxurious and inviting.
A sculptural seating arrangement follows the geometry of the room, naturally orienting attention toward the panoramic waterfront views. The central fireplace and chandelier establish a strong focal point while preserving the openness of the space.
Particular attention was given to the visual storytelling process. The camera language, natural daylight conditions, material response, and styling were carefully developed to mirror the aesthetic quality of premium New Zealand luxury real estate campaigns. The result is a polished commercial-grade presentation that communicates not only the design of the apartment, but also the lifestyle associated with living on Wellington's waterfront.
